Sauvignon Blanc Menu: Stir-Fried Vegetables
- A bunch of fresh spinach, cleaned and chopped roughly
- 2 small cloves of garlic smashed
- 2 T. canola oil
- dash sugar
- dash salt
Place a clean deep fry pan over high heat. When the pan is hot, add oil and after 10 seconds add spinach. Stir rapidly and after 30 seconds, add remaining ingredients. Stir until done. Remove from pan and serve immediately. Other vegetables can also be cooked in this way including pea pods, cabbage, beans, and squash. The only variation will be the cooking times. Spinach will cook the fastest.
