How to Order
There are three easy ways to order wine from this winery:
First, you can browse through the the website and select those items you want to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and place your order.
Second, you can simply call and place your order with one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives (800-707-5789).
Third, you can print the order form to submit your order by fax or mail.
Q: What information is required to place an order?
A: Whether you are ordering here on the website or over the phone, this winery requires the following information to process and ship an order:
The product(s) you wish to purchase.
The quantity of the product(s)you wish to purchase.
The state to which the order is being shipped.
The preferred method of delivery.
A valid method of payment.
Your name.
Your addresses (both billing and shipping).
Your daytime phone number.
Your email address (if applicable).
Your drivers license number.
Your date of birth.
In addition, if you would like to ship your order as a gift to a different address than your billing address, we also need the following information:
The name of the person to whom you are shipping the order.
That person`s shipping address.
That person`s daytime phone number.
Q: How do I know that you received my order?
A: After you click "Submit My Order," you should receive a confirmation number with our thanks. If you do not receive a confirmation number and message, you will likely be presented with a screen that indicates why the order could not be processed, and asking you to correct some aspect of the order. When you have corrected the problem, click "Submit My Order" again to submit the order with the revised information. If you still have problems, please contact us either by email or call us at so that we can help you complete the order.
