| Crafted in the Napa Valley, the slow, cool barrel fermentation in older French oak creates a subtle foundation on which is layered many of the complex, classic Sauvignon Blanc flavors present in this wine. In the nose, there are aromas of guava and ruby red grapefruit peel, scented with a touch of grassiness. On tasting, a pleasing citrus crispness transitions to loads of lush tropical fruit and a hint of vanilla.
